The location of Radisson was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were great by leaving a birthday message and treats in the room - a lovely surprise! Although the room was small, it was modern, clean, and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Covent Garden Tube and close to many theaters. The room was modern and clean, and we appreciated the abundance of hand gel provided. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, with quality bedding and toiletries. We loved the fabulous lounge area with a great selection of wine and cocktails. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, was fantastic and served in a nice setting. Despite the small size of the room, it was comfortable and expected for a hotel in the middle of London. The staff was friendly and there was very little outside noise.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the theaters which was perfect for our romantic getaway. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before our room was ready, great to start exploring the city right away. As VIP members, we received a complimentary upgrade and a credit for food and drinks, a nice surprise. The tapas style food at the hotel was fantastic, and all the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, with convenient access to several theatres, the Tube, two different metro lines, and even Chinatown. Guests can easily explore the city and its attractions. The rooms are nicely decorated with a clean and stylish feel. The friendly and helpful staff provide exceptional customer service. The breakfast is delicious, and 24-hour room service is available. Guests can also enjoy great views from the rooms, and there are facilities like a bar and reception.

The controls for the shower were hard to decipher, resulting in a sudden burst of scalding hot water.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, right in the heart of everything we intended to visit. There were quite a few nice restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a meal whenever we wanted. The room itself was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were attentive and always willing to help. The breakfast selection was great and included both cold and hot dishes, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice.

The bed was so cozy and the bathroom was pristine. I also loved the fact that there was a restaurant on-site with delicious food.

There were a few issues that soured our experience. the air conditioning in our room was difficult to operate and seemed quite outdated.

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we particularly loved the fact that we had a window. The location was perfect for the theatres, and there were plenty of dining options on our doorstep. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and one member on reception, Kostadin, really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended to all.
